Frog soldiers send greetings from Kandahar

Three Frogs serving in the U.S. Army sent greetings from their post in Kandahar, Afghanistan. The TCU soldiers pictured are (from left to right):

Captain Christian Clarke '07 - Operations Planner, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division

Captain Jeff Gagliano '07 - Intelligence Officer, 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group

Captain Clayton Terry '07 - Deputy Provost Marshall, 82nd Airborne Division.

The three took time to pose for a photo and show their TCU pride.

Frog dog



Buster is a 7-year-old yellow lab mix belonging to Greg Ashley '10 of Houston. Ashley tweeted us this photo saying that this is the only person — er, canine — who is a bigger fan of the Frogs as he is.

Three Frog soldiers deployed in Africa

1st Lt. Joshua Kane '07, Capt. Douglas Yates '93 and 1st Lt. Matthew Colia '08 (left to right) have been depolyed to Djibouti, Africa, as members of 3rd Squadron, 124th Cavalry of the Texas Army National Guard. The trio will be a part of an effort "to provide security forces for Camp Lemonnier and assist in building enduring partnerships with African nations," writes Yates.

Thai cafe


Suewannee Eubank ’93 and husband Yothin recently opened "Good Morning Chiang Mai Cafe" in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and they want every Horned Frog to stop in and say hi if they pass through the area! Suewannee is also teaching visual arts at Chiang Mai International School. Follow them on facebook too.
